Every international order is dispatched under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any local customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, or clearance fees determined by the destination country's customs authority (including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and others) are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled upon arrival.
In the event of a return for any reason, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an order returns to Brazil due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect delivery address, or buyer refusal, return shipping fees and re-dispatch costs will be billed to the buyer prior to any reshipment.
